A warm stay with surprising smiles

The room was clean and spacious, making it a comfy spot for our family. Breakfast had a delightful assortment, including Texas-shaped waffles that the kids adored. The staff’s friendliness left a lasting impression.

Breakfast options were decent overall, with the biscuits standing out as a delightful treat. However, they often ran out of items, and the refilling process could have been faster. Also, some areas felt a bit understaffed during busy periods, which affected service. Management's approach missed the mark, feeling unwelcoming at times. Check-in and interactions could use more warmth and understanding. An ice machine would be incredibly helpful, as well as a better approach to late-night requests. I appreciated the available free Wi-Fi, which worked well during my stay, but I felt that more attention could be paid to breakfast quality and speed of replenishment. Overall, the experience had ups and downs, but it’s a place I could see myself returning to with some improvements.

I stayed for 3 nights in a King Bed room. The place was incredibly clean and smelled great when I walked in. Breakfast had good options like eggs and sausage. The staff was accommodating, and I had no issues with check-in.

Noise from adjacent rooms is a serious problem!!! Consider adding soundproofing measures. Also, management's attitude left much to be desired. A more welcoming approach would go a long way to enhance guest experience!!!
